Your email address is processed by Hudobná spoločnosť Eugena Suchoňa, Bradlianska 11, 811 03 Bratislava, to send occasional news about concerts, recordings and the family archive. Contact: info@eugensuchon.com.

Subscribing is voluntary and based on your consent. We record your email address, subscription date, source and the wording of your consent. We do not sell addresses. We use them only for the stated purpose and retain them until consent is withdrawn; any further retention will be limited to what is necessary to demonstrate compliance with our obligations.

Unsubscribing and your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to info@eugensuchon.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Every newsletter will include an unsubscribe option.

You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability within the scope of applicable regulations. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

Storage and protection

The subscriber list is not public. Only authorised people and the hosting provider, as needed to operate the service, have access to the data. We plan to use Ecomail to send newsletters; we will add information about this processor before the service is launched.

The form uses a necessary temporary session and technical data to protect against automated abuse. These data are not used for advertising or tracking visitors across websites.
